Hot Yoga
A strong, energising practice in a heated room designed to build strength, flexibility and focus. The warmth supports deeper movement, increases circulation, and helps you fully arrive in your body. Expect a steady, challenging flow that leaves you feeling grounded, clear and reset.
Yoga Flow
A fluid, breath-led class where movement and breath become one. You’ll move through sequences that build strength, mobility and ease, with space to soften and tune in. Suitable for all levels, this is your time to land, move and reconnect.
Ashtanga
A traditional, structured yoga practice following a set sequence of postures linked with breath. This dynamic style builds strength, discipline and focus over time. Ideal if you enjoy consistency, progression, and a more defined, ritual-like practice.
Yoga Flow with Sound

Warm Yin

Hot Pilates

Foundations Yoga
