Ursula Griffiths is a yoga teacher, holistic deep tissue massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and dedicated Vipassana meditator. Her work is an embodiment of her lived experience and core values, guided by compassion, presence, and equality.

She has worked across retreats, festivals, studios, gyms and privately one-to-one, and brings a grounded approach to creating spaces that feel welcoming and restorative. Whether through massage or movement, her intention is to empower people in reconnecting with their bodies.​

Ursula trained in massage with Jing, whose methodology integrates Eastern and Western approaches to bodywork. This style considers the body as an interconnected system rather than a collection of isolated parts. At the heart of the Jing Method is the Biopsychosocial Model, which recognizes that pain and tension are not purely physical but influenced by a combination of biological, psychological, and social factors. Treatments are unhurried and responsive; by working slowly with presence, it allows for a strong sense of safety, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to reorganise more effectively.​​
