Sammy-Jo began her yoga journey in 2009 practising asana in the form of Ashtanga Vinyasa and in 2016 was introduced to breath work, kriyas and pranayama practice under the guidance of her teacher Vicky Shields. Through these practices she has developed a greater awareness and understanding of the effect the breath has on the mind and body, firstly through practice and then delving deeper into the science and research of the breath. Through her teaching she aims to give people practices and knowledge to help them gain greater awareness of themselves (body and mind). She does this by supporting students with breath-work, safely finding alignment both on physical and subtle body level, balance and focus both in their practice and day to day life.

Jenny Wildes
200HR+ REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER
Having always been drawn to free movement after a background in dance, when Jenny moved to Manchester 5 years ago she began to use yoga as a way to help stretch out muscles after weight training but enjoyed the dance like flow to the class. Pretty soon after, she fell in love with not just the asanas but the meaning behind them and began a life long commitment to using yoga to understand her body and mind further.
After completing her 200hr Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, she began teaching straight away and found great satisfaction in seeing her students progress physically but also mentally through the power of pranayama and meditation. Jens teaching style echoes her values, by focusing on intertwining the mind, body and soul into often challenging yet accessible sequences.
