Reopening Checklist

If you are unwell in ANY way or have been in contact with anyone unwell, we ask at this time that you please refrain from coming to the studio for 14 days.

All classes must be pre-booked & pre-paid in-app as we have limited the capacity of each class to allow for social distancing measures to be maintained at all times. Please be understanding if you can not access the class that you hope for.

Please bring your own mat to class. We will have a number of various mats for sale in-studio should you wish to purchase one. 

We also kindly ask that you clean your mat before coming to the studio for each class, as well as after each class. Cleaning products will be available for use at the studio however we recommend that you do this at home!

No studio equipment - blocks, bricks, belts, etc. will be available during this time, you are welcome to bring your own however you will be required to follow the same cleaning procedures as with your yoga mat. 

Teachers will maintain social distancing throughout the classes & no hands-on assists will be given. All teachers have been asked to adapt their classes so that no props are required. 

Hand sanitiser will be available in reception- we ask that you please use this on entering and on exiting the studio. 

The studio will open 10 minutes before class start time so please wait outside. 

The lockers & changing rooms will be out of use for time being. Arrive with your mat ready to practice, bring layers, leave your valuables at home including your phone as no personal items will be allowed in the studios.  

In the studios, there will be markers on the floor ( X) to indicate where each mat should be placed. Front left corner goes on the X. Once you put your mat down please stay on it until you leave.

The studio will be fully sanitised between classes as well as deep cleaned every night so that we all can practice with confidence. Appropriate ventilation will be used before, during, and after class. On top of our extensive cleaning procedures, we will also be using highly efficient dehumidifiers.
