Sound Bath with Zoe

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, in this case healing instruments that are crystal sound bowls. 

The music doesn’t have a catchy melody or rhythm like you’d experience at a rock concert or symphony but, instead, is a wash of sound, engulfing participants encouraging relaxation, soothing, healing and balancing both the body and mind. 

Although there's nothing required to attend a sound bath, mats and pillows are provided, you may find you wish to bring some of the following:

- a blanket

- an extra pillow

- water 

- eye mask

- socks.
