Sound Bath and Reiki with Kelly and Diane

A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” in immersive sound waves created by healing instruments, in this case, crystal sound bowls and swinging chimes. Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and balance by encouraging the natural flow of energy throughout the body. Combining these two practices creates a deeply restorative environment, enhancing relaxation, releasing tension, and supporting an overall sense of harmony and wellbeing.

In this exciting new event, Kelly will be playing the crystal bowls while Diane offers Reiki, creating a combined experience of sound and energy healing designed to help you unwind and realign.

There’s nothing special you need to bring - mats and pillows are provided - but you may find the following helpful for extra comfort:
