Rocket 3 Series

Rocket Yoga was designed by Larry Schultz who combined the first, second and third series of Astanga Yoga to create this fun, fast paced, explorative sequence. Each Rocket class encourages play and offers modifications of traditional poses. The Rocket practice encourages a smooth unbroken rhythm of breath and movement, and as it may appear to be a very physical practice it is actually leading us on a path of self-realisation. The Rocket, as the name indicates, gets you there faster. 

Rocket Yoga are three set sequences, though rarely practiced this way due to class time contraints, therefore teachers condense, mix and vary the three sequences. Here you'll be guided by Jay, our very own Rocketman, through the entire Series 3 sequence!
