We are inviting you and your mother, mother figure, or loved one who you'd like to celebrate to this one off event hosted on Mothering Sunday to embrace a blissful 70 minutes of rest ad relaxation, including restorative yoga and yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

About the Event
Celebrate Mothering Sunday by treating you and your loved one to this nourishing, calming and peaceful practice. An all levels pratice curated to bring balance, restoratation and relaxation. No previous experiene required.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. The practice draws your attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being. Here healing, restoration and awakening can take place, welcoming inner peace and contentment. It’s a sublime practice, gaining popularity the world over, and ongoing research continues to prove its effectiveness.
In this workshop, Becca combines both Yoga Nidra with Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga involves passive, relaxing postures held for longer periods of time which encourage to body to slow down and release tension and tightness in a gentle and relaxing manner. Except to feel weightless, calm and renewed in this (literally) dreamy event.
It's the perfect way to spend time with you mother/loved one this Mothering Sunday - your guest will also recieve a small gift including incense and vegan chocolate.
