Meeting the Inner Child with Kelly

This Inner Child Sound Journey is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the younger part of you that still lives within, whether that’s meeting your inner child again or perhaps for the very first time. The part of you that longs to feel safe, soothed and seen.

Through guided meditation and immersive sound we’ll create a soft, supportive space to meet your inner child with curiosity and compassion. This is not about reliving the past or fixing anything. It’s about offering presence, kindness and care to yourself exactly as you are.

The evening will include:

• a grounding arrival and settling practice

• a guided inner child visualisation

• a sound bath to integrate and regulate the nervous system
