International Women's Day Hot Yoga

Wednesday, 8th March 2022 is International Women's Day. This global event celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

Can I get a HELL YEAH?

To raise further awareness and show our support, we are holding a FREE HOT YOGA CLASS for women from 8pm-9pm. Our fabulous new member of the team, Natalie, will lead the event. Let her guide you through an hour of relaxation, movement and breathing... with a side of female empowerment, because why not?

This class is for all levels of student - if you've never tried yoga before and it's something you've been thinking about THIS IS YOUR SIGN.
