In this unique class, prepare to unleash your inner warrior! You'll move rhythmically to music, flow to the beat, move as a group and individually. Expect to feel grounded, strong and swept away in the moment. Jay will guide you through a strong flow, moving your body continuously and dynamically. Allow the music to carry you and feel empowered by strong, tribal movements. 

We recommend  some prior knowledge and experience of yoga for this class; not suitable for total beginners.
