Join Katie Lowe for this six week course to give you the tools and techniques to begin or continue your yoga journey. Each week you'll explore flexibility, strength and mobility exercises as well as working through the core foundational yoga postures, slowly building strength and alignment, fine-tuning poses week on week as well as exploring the calming, relaxing and restorative side that yoga has to offer.
With Katie's experience, she'll be able to guide you week on week, slowing down the mind, working with your breath and breaking down postures in simple steps. Her calm, down to earth manner will put you at ease and gently introduce you to yoga at a pace for everyone.
The course is for anyone, at any level of yoga - all bodies, genders, ages and sizes.
