Autumn Equinox Ceremony with Kelly

The Autumn Equinox marks the moment of perfect balance (day and night equal once more) before the earth tilts toward the dark. This is the season of harvest, of honest reckoning, of releasing what the year has asked you to carry but no longer needs to come with you.

This ceremony is an invitation to descend, gently and intentionally, into the quieter part of yourself. To name what you are ready to let fall away, like leaves from a tree that knows exactly when to release, to harvest what has truly grown and to journey inward, carried by ancient rhythm and voice, into the still place that lives beneath the noise of the year.

Through breath, spiced cacao, ritual and deep sound, we gather in circle to honour the turning and to meet whatever this season is asking of us.
