Course Information

An all levels practice to move and breathe but with a difference. You'll start the class with gentle movement, progressing to a flow suitable for all practitioners. The class will gently wind down and then close with a sound bath, lead by the teacher using crystal sound bowls to immerse the mind and the body and allow for a deeper relaxation.
